Besan Omlette or Besan ka Chilla is a vegetarian recipe. The batter can be prepared instantly, tasty, appetizing, it can be made instantly to meet your untimely hunger pangs.

Ingredients
Bengal gram flour (besan) 1 ½ cup
Tomato 1 large, finely chopped
Onion 1 large, finely chopped
Green chillies 3-4
Ginger ½” long
Garlic 7-8 flakes
Cloves (lavang) 5-6 nos
Cumin seeds (jeera) 1 tsp
Coriander leaves (dhania leaves) 2 tbsp, finely chopped
Method
Grind green chillies, ginger and garlic into a paste. Mix bengal gram flour (besan), the ground paste, cumin seeds (jeera), chopped tomato, onion and coriander leaves (dhania leaves). Add water to make thin batter and adjust the seasoning.
Heat flat pan, grease with little oil and pour little batter. Spread it into thin round, pour little oil along the edges, cook till done, fold it and serve immediately.
