Paneer Salsi is easy to make recipe. It is usually eaten after meal. It makes a perfect light snack or very light simple dessert. The canapés gives an unusual twist to Indian popular cottage cheese or paneer. Try paneer recipe in different way this time.
Paneer Salsi

Ingredients
Cottage cheese (paneer) ½ cup, grated
Powdered sugar 4 tbsp
Mava / khoa / koya 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder (elaichi powder) ¼ tsp
Canapés a few
Rose petals and cherries for decoration
Dry fruits (pistachio, cashew nuts, almonds) 2 tbsp each, finely chopped
Method
In a mixing bowl mix grated cottage cheese (paneer) with powdered sugar, mava / khoya / khoa and cardamom powder, mix well.
Place a spoonful of this mixture in canapés, garnish with chopped dry fruits and place a cherry in the centre.
In a serving plate, scatter the rose petals, place the prepared canapés and serve.
