Besan Roti/ Gram Flour Roti


Besan Ki Roti or Besan Roti is flavorsome flat Indian bread. It goes with any gravy curry, tastes well when served immediately.

Besan Roti/ Gram Flour Roti





Category- Vegetarian

Ingredients

Gram flour (besan) 1 cup
One small Onion chopped
Green chillies (finely chopped) 3-4 nos
Pomegranate seeds 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Warm water for kneading
Oil

Method

Sieve the flour and mix onion, green chillies, salt, ghee and pomegranate seeds. Mix well and knead it with warm water. Divide the dough in equal portions and roll them out into chapattis. Let the rotis be thick. Now Heat pan (tawa) put the rolled out dough and cook both the sides applying butter or oil, till they turn light brown on both the sides serve hot with curries or chutneys.
