A delectable recipe, made with mushrooms, grated cheese with subtle hint of spices, makes it hot favorite among all ages.
Cheese Tandoori Mushrooms / Tandoori Mushroom

Ingredients
Mushrooms 200 gms, slit
For Marinade
Tomato paste 6 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
Red chilli paste 2 tsp
Turmeric powder (haldi) ½ tsp
Cumin powder (jeera) ½ tsp
Coriander powder (dhania powder) ½ tsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Red food color 1 small pinch
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Garnishing
Coriander leaves (dhania leaves) 1 small bunch, finely chopped
Grated cheese 1 cup
Method
Mix well all the marinade ingredients together over the mushrooms. Coat the mushrooms well will the marinade mix and leave it for 20-30 minutes. Grease a baking dish and place the marinated mushrooms, top it up with grated cheese and bake for 20 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves (dhania leaves) and serve hot.
