Simple and easy to make delicious parathas.
Wheat four (ghenhu ka aata) 2 cups
Gram flour (Besan) 2 tbsp
Caraway / Carom seeds (Ajwain) 2 tsp
Red chilli powder (lal mirch powder) 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Water for kneading
In a bowl, mix Wheat four (ghenhu ka aata), Gram flour (Besan), Caraway / Carom seeds (Ajwain), Red chilli powder (lal mirch powder) and Salt. Make smooth dough by kneading it well with water. Now divide the dough into small balls and roll out into small rounds. Heat pan (tawa) put the rolled out dough and cook both the sides applying butter or oil, till they turn light brown on both the sides serve hot with curries or chutneys.
