Very simple easy to make Indian dessert!
Caramel Kheer / Indian Caramel Pudding
Rice 50 gms
Almond 50 gms cut
Jaggery (gud) 100 gm
Sugar (caramelized) 2 tbsp
Soak the rice for ½ an hr. boil the milk and add the rice. Cook till the milk gets reduced to ½ and thick in consistency. Now add Jaggery (gud). Cook it over low flame and stir occasionally till the Jaggery (gud) dissolves completely. Remove from heat and let it cool. Add the caramelized sugar and almond pieces. Serve chilled.
