A cheesy flat Indian bread for any occasion!
Cheese Paratha / Cheese Flat Indian Bread
Wheat flour (ghenhu ka aatta) 2cups
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water for kneading
Mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese 250 gms
Onion 2 finely chopped
Green chilli 2nos finely chopped
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves (dhania leaves) 1 bunch chopped
In a bowl mix flour, salt and oil and make stiff dough by kneading it well with water.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the stuffing.
Now take the dough and divide it into equal portions. Roll out rotis over a floured surface. Place 1 portion of the stuffing and lift the edges so as to seal and make dough. Now again roll them out into 5” thick parathas. Heat pan (tawa) put the rolled out dough and cook both the sides applying butter or oil, till they turn light brown on both the sides serve hot with curries or chutneys.
