Tangy dhokla chaat can be prepared with left over dhoklas. If you want to make a quick snack for tea time, make some fluffy fresh dhokla, some chutneys, throw in some onions, sev, masalas and you are done, tasty evening tea time snack.
Dhokla Chaat / Dhokle ka Chat
Dhokla powder 250 gms
Yoghurt/curd ½ cup
Sweet tamarind chutney 6 tbsp
Green chutney 5 tbsp
Chaat masala to taste
Coriander leaves (dhania leaves) 1 small bunch, finely chopped
Onions 1 large, finely chopped
Tomato 1 small, deseeded and finely chopped
Thin sev (barik sev) 6 tbsp
Crush the dhokla and place it on serving dish, add little green chutney and tamarind chutney, chaat masala and mix dhokla well. Spoon the thinly sieved curd over the dhokla evenly, sprinkle onions, tomatoes and sev. Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies and serve.
