Pure Veggie Joy / Healthy Vegetable Slush

Ingredients

Tomatoes 8, fresh ones
Onions 3, large, cut into chunks
Beet root 2 medium, peeled and chopped
Celery 2 cups, finely chopped
Sugar ¼ cup
Black pepper (kali mirch) 1 tsp
Green bell pepper (shimla mirch) 1, seeded and chopped
Carrots 4, medium, peeled and chopped
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
Lemon juice ½ cup
Water ½ cup
Garlic cloves 3-4, peeled
White sugar 1 cup
Salt to taste

Method

Process tomatoes, onion, beet root, carrot, celery, green pepper and garlic in a food processor or juicer. Pour it out in a bowl and heat it; add sugar, lemon juice, water and black pepper (kali mirch). Finally add Worcestershire sauce and bring it to boil for 15 minutes. Let it come to room temperature, refrigerate it and serve chilled.
